Delivery

Typical duration for a level 2, and the soon to be launched 3 & 4 apprenticeship is between 18-24 months.

Workplace assessments and observations, typically every 8-10 weeks. Although all sessions can be timed around changing shift patterns or night shifts, and can be arranged to avoid busy periods or unanticipated events.

20% off the job technical training is delivered by sector specific, experienced trainers with additional online support available. Technical training will be planned and agreed with each employer to ensure projects gain maximum benefit for the apprentices and the business.

We include individual assessment and development of maths and English skills where required.

Funding: We are an approved government training provider within the engineering and advanced manufacturing sectors and have funding opportunities available. If you are an employer with over £3m payroll, we are an approved training provider to utilise your Levy funds. If your payroll is under £3m, we also have a funding contract to help you.
