A fantastic opportunity has arisen with Everalls Garage Ltd. Everalls was established in 1979 and has built a strong, trusted and reliable service and a strong relationship with its customers.
They have a need for an Advanced Apprentice Vehicle Body Repair Technician in their busy workshop. The right young person will have an opportunity to work towards a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Body Repair.
A normal day would include:
Keeping work shop clean and tidy
Learning how to use the correct tools and equipment used in Vehicle Body Repair
Removing and replacing Structural Motor Vehicle Body Panels
Major Repairs in Motor Vehicle Body Panels
Identifying & Rectifying Motor Vehicle Body Misalignment
Assisting other members of staff in their work and being given on the job training
Ensuring work is carried out in a safe manner

Possible progression within the company and progression onto a higher level apprenticeship.
How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by our expert tutors and assessment staff at The Skills Company. You will also be assigned a mentor in the workplace who will pass on their skills and knowledge to you.

What you should have to apply
Level 2 Apprenticeship in Body Repair.
Ideally grades GCSE C and above or equivalent qualifications.
Previous experience in body work and repair is preferable
Able to work under own initiative
Genuine interest in trade area
Knowledge and experience in workshop environment
