About this opportunity

Bubbly Bear are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person to join their team as a nursery assistant apprentice. They have a great team, who will be supportive and encourage you throughout your apprenticeship journey.

A normal day would include:
Playing and providing encouragement for each child, supporting their development of skills and interests, building a foundation for successful learning
Supporting children to gain a clear understanding of right and wrong and to encourage qualities such as honesty, responsibility and respect
Working in close partnership with parents/carers, to provide each child with the best possible care and learning opportunities
Allowing children to progress and develop at their own individual pace and level.
Working within the guidelines and requirement of the early years foundation stage and striving to see happy confident children who are prepared for the next step to primary school
Maintaining the standards and guidance set by Ofsted

Bubbly Bear is a warm and loving setting which offers a safe and exciting environment for children to express themselves through play. They always follow every child’s interest when planning activities and listen carefully to any views the children may have.

The employer may require the successful candidate to complete a traineeship before the apprenticeship.

What you could go on to do:
You could progress on to an advanced level 3 childcare apprenticeship.
