Clearway Drainage are looking for a conscientious and methodical person to join their friendly and busy team in a fast-paced environment. You will be dealing with all aspects of administration from filing to customer and client queries.
A normal day would include:
Data entry and compiling reports for clients
Delegation of jobs to operatives and speaking with customers and clients on the telephone to provide estimated arrival times and updates on works
Sending and monitoring emails
Liaising and assisting with other departments and senior management in a fast-paced environment
Filing, scanning, daily post and other administrative duties as required
Established in 1989, this is a family run business, specialising in all aspects of drainage, looking after a large number of high profile clients.

What you should have to apply
GCSE maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
Methodical and conscientious in approach, punctual, smart and organised with the ability to work well alone and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Confident using MS Office, great attention to detail, great communication and telephone skills.
