About this opportunity

A brilliant opportunity to join a fantastic organisation in an administrative role, to provide administration support for College Education Administrators.

Duties will include:
Support the day to day administration needs within the department to ensure all essential administration tasks are carried out and completed
Data input, data extraction, photocopying, filing and typing duties as directed
To deal with internal and external post on a day to day basis
To answer/deal with queries, both face to face and via the telephone, take messages and pass them on to the relevant member of staff in an appropriate and timely manner
To provide appropriate reception cover as and when required
To meet and greet visitors as required
To maintain filing systems in line with the Trust’s policies and procedures in Therapy department
To assist with the ordering and maintenance of stock supplies (specific to role as appropriate)
to assist with archiving of files
Create/prepare student review files

Skills

A track record of high levels of attendance and punctuality
GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or level 2 equivalent in literacy and numeracy
Competent standard in computer literacy in particular Microsoft Office packages
Must meet minimum requirements of training provider for access to NVQ and apprenticeship programme
Capable of receiving and implementing written and verbal instructions
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deliver tasks and work to deadlines
Confidential approach to work and to establish effective working relationship
