About this opportunity

This is a role for an outstanding office clerk to learn all about accountancy admin. Andaros Ltd is part of a large group of companies operating bars, restaurants and bowling alleys in Manchester and Liverpool city centres.

A normal day would include:
Office management – opening of incoming post and distribution
Stationery checking and re-ordering
Issuing of outgoing post
Matching of invoices to delivery notes
Inputting invoices
Book-keeping
Raising sales invoices and agreeing details to internal documentation
Payroll – inputting details from venues into Sage payroll, agreeing timesheet information and completing right to work documentation
Dealing with new staff and venue managers
Preparation of information for presentation to directors
Assisting other members of the accounts team

Andaros Limited has traded since 2010. They operate nine bars and restaurants in Manchester and Liverpool where staff can enjoy a discount of 50%. At head office, where you will be based, there is no dress code, so every day is dress down Friday! They also offer flexible working hours and a really relaxed working atmosphere.
