About this opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join a growing organisation. You will be based at the AC Electrical office providing assistance to a team of office and site based staff as and when required.

A normal day would include:
Answering the phone and directing calls
Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets
Processing orders
Processing purchase invoices
Processing sales invoices
Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
Receiving deliveries and correctly dealing with delivery notes
Providing refreshments

The successful candidate will need to be prepared to undertake other tasks as necessary. There will be a 3 month trial period followed by a further 3 month probationary period before employment is confirmed.
